It's important to maintain not only content quality but aesthetic of your work.
Just think about it - your content will be seen by at least 4 more eyes. The content specialist who gave the order will review it and send it over for their client to confirm the content before publishing it.
Tool for writing
We primarily use Google Docs to fulfill our content orders.
If you prefer to write content using Microsoft Word or another tool - you can still do it. But, still, we ask you to submit the order in Google Docs.

Document settings

Font
Heading 1: Arial 16
Heading 2: Arial 13
Heading 3: Arial 12
Body (normal text): Arial 10
Formatting
First and foremost, don't forget to format the Headings with proper Heading tags:

Make sure to add a space after every heading and paragraph, so it's easier to navigate through the document:

There are a few other settings that should be tweaked to make your content beautiful.
Head to Format on the top navigation bar:

Now, under Line & paragraph spacing select Single spacing:

And, the last step - under Line & paragraph spacing click Custom spacing and change the spacing to:
Line spacing: 1
Paragraph spacing (pts): Before - 6 pts, After - 0 pts.

How to transfer my Word document to Google Docs
It's quite easy.
All you have to do is head to Google Docs, and click Go to Docs button:

Now, click on Open file picker:

And the last thing, head under Upload, click Browse, and find the document on your computer:

That's it!
To finish - head back to Document settings and make sure that your file has the correct settings.
